Occupancy Limits:

4 people per property. Only those named on the booking form may stay. Subletting or hosting unauthorized parties is explicitly banned.

House Rules & Prohibitions:

Smoking/Vaping: The properties are strictly non-smoking.

Pets: We do not usually accept pets but can make an exception in certain circumstances provided they are kept out of the bedrooms and off the furniture. Please contact us prior to booking if you wish to bring a pet.

Nuisance:

Please keep noise levels low to respect the neighbours. If we have reports of excessive noise we may have to ask you to vacate the property early.

Arrival and Departure:

Check-in after 4pm

Check-out before 10am.

Hot tubs:

Hot tubs are used at your own risk. Please ensure you read and obey the instructions supplied prior to check-in
